Frequently asked questions

The route
The route is a well marked circular 10 mile loop which includes beach, dunes, river causeways, stairs, road and trail, all through the beautiful, quant and hilly town of Kenton on Sea in the Eastern Cape.

With changing tides altering the beach routes to the stars above you at night, every moment is memorable.  The loop also allows for family and friends to continually support those on the longer runs.

This is a tough route, no matter the distance you choose!
